I lead solution design and pre-sales delivery across the full airport technology portfolio; from RFP analysis and solution architecture through to integration governance, BoQ validation, and handover to implementation.
I translate operational complexity into credible, deliverable proposals. I work across cloud-native and hybrid infrastructures, multi-vendor integration environments, and passenger-facing self-service platforms. I participate directly in executive presentations, customer workshops, and site discovery activities across international airport programmes.

Lead airport technology solutions from the first conversation to a signed proposal — opportunity qualification, solution architecture, customer engagement, and handover to delivery.
- Architect end-to-end solutions across the full TAV portfolio: AODB, FMS, RMS, CMS, FIDS, CUPPS, CUSS, BRS, A-CDM, TAMS, GHS.
- Lead RFI/RFP responses for international airport programmes — structured gap analysis, requirement mapping, partner evaluation, and compliance validation across complex, multi-lot bids.
- Represent TAV in executive presentations and customer workshops, translating operational complexity into value-led solution narratives.
- Define solution scope, review technical and financial assumptions, and coordinate across Sales, ICT, PMO, Product, Vendor Management, and Implementation.
- Shape bid strategy and qualification decisions on competitive international opportunities, with a focus on win quality and risk reduction.

Master plan development, ICT and TV broadcast systems design for an international multi-sport venue.
